REGISTRATION DEADLINE - DEC 8
There are three ways to register your player for floor hockey:
1. Complete the registration form sent home by your child's school and return it, along with payment, back to your child's school.
2. Bring your completed registration form and payment to the Buchanan Floor Hockey table in the cafeteria during Junior Bucks Basketball games
**Registration is between 9:00 am - 12:00 noon**
3. Complete the registration form and send, along with payment, to:

It's here, it's here, floor hockey is here! Registration forms are now available for the 2019 season. Forms will be sent home from school with Buchanan elementary students and will be available for pick up in the middle school office. Downloadable versions are also available below.

If you're looking for a fun way to spend a Saturday morning, head out to the auxiliary gym and cheer on the 300 kids who make this sport a crowd favorite.
